  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, targeting key industries and sectors in the West Midlands region.
  • Account Management: Take ownership of assigned accounts, monitoring quotes, orders, and delivery issues, and visiting customers regularly to stay informed about their business.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to expand our customer base and drive sales growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team, providing support and guidance to ensure we are delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: HNC/HND or higher in electrical or control engineering (desirable)
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Personality: Friendly, approachable, and enjoys speaking to people on the phone.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to regulate time under stressful conditions.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in IT, especially with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
