  • System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades and expansions to meet the evolving needs of our business.

  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior IT staff to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience managing and monitoring internal servers (Windows, Virtual, etc.)
  • Technical Skills: Excellent experience with Windows and M365 technologies, proficient with network technologies (Routers, switches, and firewalls), virtual servers (Hyper-V/VMware), and Microsoft Defender
  • Desirable Skills: Some Linux server experience is desirable
