About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  1. Failure Analysis and Data Management

Conduct thorough analysis of failure data and maintain accurate material records, producing comprehensive management reports and metrics for failed materials.

  1. Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action

Drive issues to root cause(s), implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

  1. Equipment Diagnosis and Repair

Support the diagnosis and repair of complex electro/mechanical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

  1. Field Failure Data Analysis

Collect and analyze field failure data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of effective quality assurance strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience

A degree in a relevant field or equivalent industrial experience is required.

  1. Quality-Based Industrial Experience

A solid level of industrial experience in a quality-based role is essential.

Desirable Skills

While not mandatory, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, and Quality Tools, as well as familiarity with Oracle, would be advantageous.
