The Role
We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Elgin, working with individuals to identify and work towards their goals. As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals to manage their own homes, increase and maintain their independence, and encourage and support them with their social, health, and wellbeing needs.
About You
We are looking for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a solution-focused approach. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, have good team working skills, and be willing to learn and use new systems and technology.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, paid training, and the opportunity to develop your skills and qualifications. You will also receive an additional payment for sleepovers worked.
Shift Patterns
Shift patterns will involve early mornings, days, and evenings, with weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers forming part of your rota on a rotational basis.
Requirements
You will need to be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare and be willing to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
