- Team Teach Qualification: Possess a Team Teach qualification or be willing to undergo training.
- Teaching Assistant Qualification: Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or be willing to work towards one.
- Secondary School Experience: Have prior experience working in a secondary school setting.
