About the Role:
We are seeking to expand our dedicated team of Care Assistants within our facility. Our establishment provides assessment and support for adults with learning disabilities and Autism, some of whom may experience communication challenges or exhibit behaviors that require additional support.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals in their daily activities and promoting their independence. You may also engage in various community activities, including outings and recreational events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate support to residents in their daily lives.
- Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans to ensure residents' well-being.
- Demonstrate patience and flexibility in addressing individual needs.
