About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Priory Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support service users with their daily routines, including mobility and transfers
  • Engage with service users in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to service users
