  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of our service users.
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff on nursing and medical matters, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care.
  • Act as a shift leader, monitoring and directing the effective running of the unit, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care.
  • Maintain current skills through training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and guidelines in nursing and care.
