Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at a leading PICU Mental Health Hospital in Nottingham. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with mental health conditions
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures
About the Hospital:

Our hospital provides acute mental health services and 2 PICU single genre PICU wards. We have 4 wards in total, including 1x female acute ward, 1x male acute ward, 1 female PICU, and 1 male PICU.

Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 1 year's mental health nursing experience
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
