We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Clean4Shaw Facilities Management Ltd. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Polishing, buffing, wiping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Cleaning of toilets and replenishing toilet paper, hand towels, and soap
  • Emptying bins and removing rubbish
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times
  • Ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly
  • Dealing with client requests promptly and courteously
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to your line manager

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but full training is provided
  • Attention to detail
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative as well as part of a team
  • To be reliable, punctual, and responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • Some positions may require a full UK driving license
