Key Responsibilities:

As the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the firm’s AI strategy, fostering innovation, and delivering substantial solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Strategic Vision: Formulate and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the overarching business goals and addresses client requirements.
  • Technological Oversight: Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions aimed at enhancing client value and establishing market differentiation.
  • Strategic Alliances: Forge and nurture partnerships with technology providers, academic institutions, and research organizations to remain at the cutting edge of AI advancements.
  • Team Development: Assemble and guide a high-performing AI team, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with consulting teams to pinpoint AI opportunities and deliver insights and solutions driven by AI.
  • Industry Representation: Act as a representative of the firm in industry discussions, demonstrating thought leadership in AI and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI strategy, development, and execution within consulting or technology-focused environments.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with a history of building and managing high-performing AI teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes through AI initiatives with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders.
