Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager

Location: Ferndown

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team in Ferndown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and objectives
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure productivity and efficiency
  3. Source and prospect new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to improve results
  5. Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
  6. Deal with inbound enquiries, generating quotations, placing orders and sales
  7. Site visits, probing into client's needs and requirements with a consultative selling approach
  8. Develop and manage relations with existing customers and prospects
  9. General office management
