As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Conducting regular assessments to monitor clinical needs and risks, ensuring that care remains relevant and effective.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Carers, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth.
- Administering medications and overseeing stock levels, while performing regular audits to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Engaging with residents and their families to involve them in care decisions, ensuring a holistic approach to well-being.
