Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conducting regular assessments to monitor clinical needs and risks, ensuring that care remains relevant and effective.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Carers, fostering a supportive environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Administering medications and overseeing stock levels, while performing regular audits to maintain the highest standards of care.
