We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Care UK. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the care team during shifts, ensuring that residents' medical, physical, and emotional requirements are fully met.
- Develop and implement care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct clinical assessments, using your expertise to identify and address residents' needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) qualification.
- Experience in care planning processes and clinical assessment tools.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
