Job Title: Associate Building Services

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Building Services Design Engineer to join our Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Design Team. As an Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work, managing client expectations, and building new relationships for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake site visits to conduct technical due diligence, capture information for MEP design, and monitor installation and commissioning.
  • Investigate and provide technical advice on factors affecting building services, including user needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Research new design processes, building legislation, and technology.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives by undertaking energy analysis and thermal modeling, and conducting research.
Requirements:
  • BSc / BEng (Hons) or MSc / MEng in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Interest in sustainability and net zero carbon, with a strong understanding of sustainable design or building physics and associated software.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • Willingness to travel by car and/or public transport in support of day-to-day work.
  • Interest in achieving commercial sustainability qualifications such as Low Carbon Consultant, BREEAM, WELL.
