We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our client, a large corporate organization, as part of their European HR team.
This role will involve a range of HR functions, including employee relations, contract management, training, and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and redundancy.
- Draft and issue employee contracts, ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs for staff at all levels.
- Act as a liaison between HR and payroll departments for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to managers and employees.
- Support the European HR Manager with HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legislative changes.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
