We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our client, a large corporate organization, as part of their European HR team.

This role will involve a range of HR functions, including employee relations, contract management, training, and payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and redundancy.
  • Draft and issue employee contracts, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs for staff at all levels.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and payroll departments for accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to managers and employees.
  • Support the European HR Manager with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legislative changes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
