Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner | Neuro/Cardio

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre department, specializing in either Neuro or Cardio.

This is a pivotal role in the surgical team, combining clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will:

  1. Provide hands-on support during surgeries, ensuring seamless execution and patient safety.
  2. Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting best practices and a collaborative team environment.
  3. Contribute to delivering successful surgical outcomes in a high-pressure setting, prioritizing patient safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

Current HCPC/NMC Registration

12 months+ experience in Neuro or Cardiac Specialisms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
