Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to customers, including managing customer accounts and resolving queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Finance, Support, and Product Management, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Log customer calls and account amendments on our CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Exceed customer expectations through a quality-driven, efficient service, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in our Short-Term Incentive and Recognition program, which rewards outstanding performance and contributions to the team.
