Job Summary:
This is a new substantive post within paediatric malignant haematology. The post holder will take part in leukaemia attending and leukaemia service provision, and be part of the CAR-T clinical and research programme. Participation in other aspects of haematology, including laboratory and diagnostic haematology, will depend on the background and qualifications of the successful candidate. The candidate will work closely with the BMT team, including cover of BMT and stem cell gene therapy patients.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Paediatric Haematology to join our team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our haematology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to research and education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in leukaemia attending and leukaemia service provision
- Be part of the CAR-T clinical and research programme
- Contribute to other aspects of haematology, including laboratory and diagnostic haematology
- Work closely with the BMT team, including cover of BMT and stem cell gene therapy patients
