Overview:
The role of Project Manager is available with our client, a prominent contractor in the Groundworks and Civil Engineering sector, focusing on a variety of projects within the Civils domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee commercial groundworks projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining quality standards.
  • Implement effective cost management strategies to enhance project profitability.
  • Comply with health, safety, environmental regulations, and other relevant obligations.
  • Uphold company policies and processes throughout project execution.
  • Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with project teams, including engineers and quantity surveyors, to ensure seamless project flow.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in all facets of commercial groundworks, managing projects valued up to £10m.
  • Proficient in developing and managing project schedules.
  • Ability to deliver projects within stringent timelines.
  • Valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
  • Current knowledge of compliance and industry standards, particularly in health and safety.
  • Possession of a full driving license.
