Junior Team Assistant Role

A prestigious global investment bank is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Team Assistant to join their Investment Banking Division. This is a 6-month temporary assignment, likely to extend for a further 6 months, offering a great opportunity for individuals with diary management or scheduling experience to take their skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage diaries and calendars for bankers, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Handle high volumes of phone calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate room bookings for internal and external meetings and video conferences across various locations.
  • Arrange travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flights, and accommodation.
  • Manage expenses and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks while maintaining workflow and supporting teams with day-to-day issues.
  • Provide phone and holiday coverage for colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administration role, with some experience in diary management and travel coordination.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
