About the Role:

Halifax Estates Careers is seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to join our Estate Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our rural residential property portfolio, ensuring a high standard of accommodation for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of rural residential properties, including country houses, cottages, and farms
  • Oversee maintenance and refurbishment work to ensure properties are well-maintained and attractive to tenants
  • Work closely with our in-house teams of builders and joiners to deliver high-quality maintenance and refurbishment projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain excellent tenants
  • Collaborate with other estate teams to ensure seamless property management and maintenance
