About the Role

CRA Consulting is partnering with a forward-thinking law firm to find a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their team. As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, providing support to the team, and contributing to the growth and development of the department. Your proactive approach to seeking business leads and leveraging marketing opportunities will be essential in driving the sustained success of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions
  • Manage a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, and shared ownership purchases
  • Handle residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion
  • Provide support to the Residential Property team and assist the head of the department in departmental growth and development
  • Proactively seek and secure business opportunities
