As a Media Planning Specialist at Signet Resources, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing team with all activities relating to HME European media planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating central campaign media strategy
  • Building a strong working relationship with local marketing contacts in all Honda subsidiaries
  • Liaising with all stakeholders to support the briefing, creation, sign off and production of all media plans
  • Liaising with Honda subsidiaries and media agency to maintain accurate media spend forecasts and budget tracking
  • Linking and coordinating with key HME stakeholders including Sales, PR, Product planning departments
  • Raising necessary purchase orders (PO) for each campaign in line with agreed budgets for each subsidiary
  • Working closely with HME Business Administration to support month end process
  • Reporting media spent per channel, per market on a regular cadence and supplying ad-hoc reports to management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstratable marketing experience, preferably media related
  • Highly proficient PC skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Capable of presenting to a range of audiences including internal meetings and agencies in a confident manner
  • High level of numerical competence with a strong attention to detail to be able to work closely with HME Management accountant
  • A logical thinker with a methodical approach, seeking to continuously improve processes
  • Very well organised with the ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
  • Natural communicator and negotiator able to build and maintain good relationships across all cultures and disciplines
