Job Title: Senior Media Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

Signet Recruitment and Retention is seeking an experienced Senior Media Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall media strategy for Brand and Product Launch in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate central campaign media strategy to ensure effective implementation of the European central media strategy within approved guidelines and budgets.
  • Build strong working relationships with local marketing contacts in all Honda subsidiaries to facilitate collaboration and communication.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to support the briefing, creation, sign-off, and production of all media plans.
  • Maintain accurate media spend forecasts and budget tracking in collaboration with Honda subsidiaries and media agency.
  • Link and coordinate with key stakeholders, including Sales, PR, Product planning departments, to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
  • Work closely with HME Business Administration to support month-end process and provide regular media spend reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstratable marketing experience, preferably in media-related roles.
  • Highly proficient PC skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
