Job Title: Regional Account

At BMS Performance, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account to join our team. As a Regional Account, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within retail stores to drive sales of our vape products.

About the Role:

  • Research and identify prospective customers through lead generation tactics
  • Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to deliver compelling presentations and pitches
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and manage CRM systems effectively
  • Manage time and territory plans to maximize productivity

About You:

  • A full driving license
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales positions
  • Keen to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Great team player with an outgoing personality
  • Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary up to: £32,500
  • Commission: OTE is another 10K on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas
  • £5,000 car allowance
