About the Role

We're seeking a talented Energy Specialist to join our team at E.ON Next. As an Energy Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service over the phone and via email, addressing a range of queries from billing to meter exchanges.
  • Empower our customers to make informed decisions about their energy usage, offering expert advice and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and implement changes that improve our customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our services.
