Sales Operations Manager

After Sales Manager required. Our client, a leading supplier of mobile crushing and screening equipment in the UK, is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operational activities of their business.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. They will also be responsible for controlling expenditure, managing capital requirements, and preparing production and performance reports for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services.
- Continuously improve the quality of products to meet set standards and customer requirements.
- Manage the performance of the team, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Control expenditure and manage capital requirements within a set budget.
- Prepare production and performance reports for senior management.
- Build effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program.
- Maintain all administrative records.
- Maintain inventory levels and control the flow of product.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with management qualifications advantageous.
- Track record of leading teams successfully to meet the organisation's targets.
- Strong background in the management of teams and operations.
