Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive a new phase of growth at Blue Cube. The successful candidate will have expertise and leadership skills to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a team to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve set targets
- Employ a technical, consultative, solutions-based sales approach
- Engage with key accounts and support the sales team through regular national travel
- Be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the Midlands for ease of access to our Head Office in Stafford
Requirements:
- Experience as Head of Sales, National Sales Manager, or Sales Director, ideally within a specialist capital equipment rental business
- Experience in selling specialist machinery to food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial
- Demonstrated success in building new business relationships and winning new business across multiple markets
- Leadership qualities, customer-centric approach, and willingness to be customer-facing
