Position: Quantity Surveyor

We are pleased to present a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with our reputable client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Management: Support in the preparation and oversight of cost estimates, budgets, and financial projections for various projects.
  • Commercial Administration: Engage in general commercial tasks to facilitate project operations.
  • Support Senior Quantity Surveyor: Assist in the issuance of payment applications, time sheet entries, and management of compensation events.
  • Subcontractor Liaison: Aid in evaluating subcontractor payment requests.
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Skills:
  • Exceptional communication abilities to keep all stakeholders informed and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Strong organizational skills for effective cost management.
  • High motivation levels to maintain quality standards in work.
  • Robust analytical and numerical capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience/Qualifications:
  • Experience in a commercial environment or commercial administration is preferred.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying is desirable but not mandatory.

Key Details:
  • Salary up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
