About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at St Monica Trust. As an Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to our services, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the rota co-ordinator with experience in this area being advantageous
  • Administer and process letters/emails, enquiries, manage diaries, and answer ad-hoc queries from residents or members of the public
  • Oversee budget or finance related matters, including liaising with the finance team
  • Maintain a well-stocked and equipped office and supplies, making orders and reporting issues or repairs following set procedures
  • Report on finances and other activities as required by the managers
  • Be accountable for bookings and communicate with the wider team and colleagues
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across and externally to St Monica Trust
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, Access (or other databases). If you wish to proceed further with us, support and training will be provided to assist you in your role and take on extra responsibilities.
