Care Home Administrator

Olive Tree House, an Allegra Care Home, is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. This part-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to support our administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service to our residents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support administrative tasks, including accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for visitors and families.
- Multi-task and remain calm under pressure to juggle administrative tasks and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS and full Covid-vaccination (at least double-jabbed) are mandatory.
- Strong English and numeracy skills are essential.
- A sensitive and patient nature is required to work with residents and family members in need of care and support.
Working Hours and Pay:
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 2:30pm (max 22.5 hours a week).
- Pay: £12.34 an hour.
Flexibility: Exact hours to be discussed at interview, and we are happy to be flexible where we can.
