## Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our groundworks team in the Midlands. As a key member of our commercial management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of multiple groundworks packages, including cost estimation, budget control, and contract negotiation.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the quantity surveying team and manage all financial aspects of projects
* Maximize profitability while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and in compliance with all regulations
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery

## Requirements:

* Significant experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the groundworks or civil engineering sectors
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams
* Strong understanding of commercial management principles and practices
