- Negotiating shipping rates with air and sea freight forwarders to secure optimal service at competitive prices.
- Serving as the primary contact for shipping and customs-related matters; collaborating with internal teams, clients, and suppliers regarding shipment issues.
- Providing UK customs clearance guidance to freight forwarders for all imports from the EU and other regions.
- Coordinating the gathering of all necessary customs documentation for EU and international imports.
- Managing all formal documentation and compliance oversight (including license applications and end-user documentation).
- Staying informed and updated on import and export regulations across all countries where the company operates.

- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
