Job Title: AML Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AML Analyst to join our team at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation - SMBC Group. As an AML Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our transaction monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analysis of transaction data to identify potential money laundering risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective AML monitoring systems.
  • Develop and maintain complex rules and models to detect suspicious transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AML monitoring and risk management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
