Senior Associate - Structured Finance

A leading global law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its prestigious Structured Finance practice based in London. Our client has a strong reputation in the UK and internationally, with a well-regarded Structured Finance team that works on a wide range of high-profile transactions.

You will be an integral part of the team, working on complex and innovative transactions, including structured finance, securitisation, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), across multiple asset classes. You will have access to exciting opportunities to work on high-profile deals and gain valuable experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This role offers excellent career progression opportunities, with the senior associates actively supporting the partners in business development initiatives and playing a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of PQE in structured finance within a reputable law firm.
  • Proven expertise in securitisation, structured finance, and CLO work.
  • Strong academic background and stable career record.
  • Exceptional drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-quality work.
  • Business development and mentoring skills.
