Our Bar Team

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Staff Member to join our team at The Orange Tree pub. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to a high standard, using our extensive range of products and menus.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the bar area is clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and menus, including drinks, food and promotions.
  • Contribute to the success of the pub by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What We Offer

As a Bar Staff Member with Young's, you will receive a competitive salary, free meals, weekly pay, 28 days holiday per year, 20% discount in all Young's pubs and hotels, Share Save Scheme and Company Pension Scheme.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
