Join Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at KYN Bickley, our flagship care home in Bromley. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the care experience for our residents, working closely with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care
- Collaborate with our care team to identify and address any care-related issues or concerns
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
