Job Title: Internal Sales Consultant

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

Location: Remote

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Our company, a leading provider of construction services, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as an Internal Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will have excellent upselling skills, be highly organized, and have experience supporting a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries from customers, providing them with quotes and product information.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers, developing relationships with existing customers, ensuring to retain business and grow accounts.
  • Prospecting to customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Updating customers regarding the status of their orders.
  • Providing excellent customer service skills.
