We are a leading company in quality and customer satisfaction, seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee our Quality team and handle all Quality-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Quality team at our site, ensuring effective processes and adherence to standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Quality to the General Manager and leadership team, ensuring adherence to EN9100 and ISO9001 standards while driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage and develop the Quality team, ensuring effective processes and adherence to standards.
  • Oversee quality processes, drive improvements using Lean Management System (LMS), and ensure risk is mitigated.
  • Serve as the primary Quality interface for customers and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Participate in the sector leadership team, contribute to strategic planning, and manage quality metrics and KPIs.

Audits & Compliance:

  • Conduct internal and supplier audits, address non-conformance, and ensure effective risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
  • Proven track record in quality management and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of EN9100 and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leader with excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Requires occasional travel and physical activity in line with health and safety policies.
