Brandon James is looking for a Junior Associate in Real Estate Litigation to join a highly regarded, top-tier Real Estate Disputes Team.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will be integrated into a leading team, managing a diverse array of real estate litigation matters.

This role involves handling various property-related disputes, including landlord-tenant issues, asset management challenges, boundary conflicts, rights of light disputes, and matters related to property insolvency.

The team serves a wide-ranging clientele, including large institutional property funds, developers, tenant occupiers, energy firms, and other real estate stakeholders. The practice encompasses both commercial and residential property sectors.

Collaboration: The Junior Associate will work closely with the broader Real Estate team, participating in significant transactions for major investors across the nation.

The team operates from multiple locations, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive service.

Candidate Requirements: To be eligible for the Junior Associate position, applicants should possess:

  • Relevant experience from a recognized real estate disputes team within a major or medium-sized firm.
  • Experience ranging from newly qualified to 2 years post-qualification (other experience levels may also be considered).
  • A demonstrated interest in and enthusiasm for the property disputes sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong ambition to excel and a commitment to business development and client relationship management.
  • A commercial mindset with robust business acumen and a dedication to innovation.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills, with the capacity to meet challenging deadlines.
