Job Title: Security and Fire Service Engineer

Carter Group is a leading provider of security and fire solutions to commercial and residential properties across the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Fire Service Engineer to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and reactive visits for security and fire systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control.
  • Investigate faults and provide first-time fix solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales team and designated coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in on-call rota and be flexible to travel.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience as a multi-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer.
  • Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.
  • Full UK driving license subject to 6-monthly checks.
  • Enhanced DBS check and security screening to BS 7858.
