Laminator Technician

Matchtech Mobility Careers is seeking a skilled Laminator Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality composite panels to meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Composite Panel Fabrication: Lay-up composite materials to produce high-quality panels, adhering to tight tolerances and customer specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the section Team Leader and production team to ensure production requirements are met safely, on time, and to customer specifications.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure that all fabricated panels meet the required standards.
- Initiative and Supervision: Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and making decisions to ensure production requirements are met.
- Work Instructions: Accurately read and follow work instructions, specifications, and part drawings to ensure that all fabricated panels meet the required standards.
- Work Approval: Approve your own work when requirements, drawings, specifications, and standards have been fully achieved.
- Component Traceability: Accurately complete work route cards to maintain component traceability and ensure that all fabricated panels can be tracked throughout the production process.
The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and nights. The specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong background in composite materials and panel fabrication. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
