Matchtech Mobility Careers is seeking a skilled Laminator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for laying up composites for various types of panels, working to tight tolerances. You will report directly to the section Team Leader and participate in a team to ensure production requirements are met safely, on time, and to customer specifications. Collaboration with Quality and Engineering departments is essential to meet production requirements. You will operate with minimal supervision, reading and accurately following work instructions, specifications, and part drawings. Your work will be approved when requirements, drawings specifications, and standards have been fully achieved. You will also accurately complete work route cards to maintain component traceability. Key responsibilities include:

* Laying up composites for various types of panels
* Reporting to the section Team Leader and participating in a team
* Collaborating with Quality and Engineering departments
* Operating with minimal supervision
* Reading and accurately following work instructions
* Approving your own work
* Accurately completing work route cards
