Seasonal Boutique Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Seasonal Boutique Assistant to join our team at Watchfinder's Bluewater Boutique. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the boutique and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General administration and operation tasks in the boutique to support the sales team.
  • Answer incoming calls to the boutique, assisting customers with their queries.
  • Assist with booking customer appointments & the booking in of PO's.
  • Support the Visual Merchandising duties of the boutique.
  • Support on serial number and Box & Paper checks.
  • Support Safe Scans.
  • Support our in-store dispatch assistants with sending out watches and general stock control.
Requirements:
  • Strong administration skills and competent using computer systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Client-centric approach – provide excellent customer service by offering guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Must be available to work retail hours (including the weekends).
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to work efficiently under tight time constraints.
  • High levels of attention to detail to always ensure accuracy, with the ability to multi-task & prioritize your own workload.
  • Methodical and process driven in mindset and approach.
  • Collaborative approach to work with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous learning.
