Role Overview

Watchfinder is seeking a Seasonal Boutique Assistant to join our team in our Bluewater Boutique on a 3-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support the sales process, and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including general administration and operation tasks.
  • Answer incoming calls, assist customers with queries, and book appointments.
  • Support the Visual Merchandising duties of the boutique, including maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with serial number and Box & Paper checks, as well as Safe Scans.
  • Support our in-store dispatch assistants with sending out watches and general stock control.
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills and competent using computer systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Client-centric approach, providing excellent customer service by offering guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining accuracy.
