About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely payment to vendors, and maintaining accurate records.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. You should have strong communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors, adhering to SLAs and company policies.
  • Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vendor payments.
  • Participate in projects to drive change and efficiency, including automation of invoices and purchase ledger workshops.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • SAP ECC experience is not essential but experience of a similar system would be an advantage.
  • Purchase Order matching and related query resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a large team to support other colleagues.
  • Prioritize and manage your workload to achieve best results.
