Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring the utmost quality in food preparation and presentation.
  • Menu Innovation: Participate in the creation of menu items, introducing fresh concepts and seasonal specialties to impress their clientele.
  • Team Guidance: Aid in the training and oversight of junior kitchen personnel, cultivating a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and secure kitchen at all times.

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Culinary Assistant or in a comparable role within a fast-paced kitchen setting.
