Role Overview:

In the capacity of a Building Compliance Consultant, you will be instrumental in navigating clients through the intricacies of the Building Safety Act.

Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse range of clients, offering expert advice and ensuring that their projects meet all applicable standards and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of construction projects to verify compliance with the Building Safety Act and relevant regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding all facets of building safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation, identifying areas of non-compliance and suggesting necessary corrective actions.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project advancement and compliance.
  • Stay informed about the latest changes in building regulations and safety standards.
  • Deliver training sessions and produce thought leadership content for clients and the professional community.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications in building compliance, surveying, or a related discipline.
  • MRICS, MCABE, MCIOB, or equivalent credentials.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and associated legislation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented work ethic.
