  3. Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain QHSE policies, processes, and systems to ensure quality, safety, and environmental management, aligning with industry best practices.
  4. Project Management: Lead QHSE project management initiatives, producing and maintaining QHSE Lead Project Management Packs, including contract documentation and records.
  5. Supplier Management: Manage supplier/subcontractor quality, approval, and corrective actions, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  6. Relationship Building: Foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in facilitating integrated management systems within a small team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
